My Journey to Resilience and Connection

How Life's Challenges Shaped My Passion for Helping Others

01

Early Challenges

From a young age, I craved connection but faced early chaos and instability. Seeking structure, I joined the military, but running from pain only led to more challenges.
02

Facing Adversity

Turbulent relationships and high-risk choices led to a breaking point. I realised that building walls only fueled disconnection, and I needed to make real changes within.
03

Transformation and Growth

Through self-reflection, psychology studies, and life coaching, I broke old patterns and found resilience. Now, I help others do the same through coaching and my podcast, The Social Wildlife.

Shaping the Future of Connection and Resilience

Expanding My Impact Through Education and Advocacy

I'm currently pursuing higher education in psychology to deepen my understanding of human behavior and enhance my coaching. My long-term goal is to become a clinical psychologist and public speaker, advocating for social change by redefining concepts of masculinity, connection, and self-worth.

I'm committed to growing my business and staying at the forefront of social change. I aim to empower clients to navigate an evolving world where emotional intelligence, vulnerability, and resilience are valued, and to be a driving force in that cultural shift.

Frequently asked questions

Your Questions About Personal Development Coaching, Answered

How will I know if I’m making progress in coaching?

We’ll measure progress by tracking the goals you set at the start and reflecting on changes in your confidence, relationships, and self-awareness. Each session includes a review of your wins and any areas for growth, so you can see tangible outcomes and recognize your achievements as they happen.

Can coaching help with issues like social anxiety or relationship challenges?

Yes, coaching can be highly effective in building social confidence, improving relationship skills, and overcoming anxiety-related obstacles. Together, we’ll develop tools to manage these challenges, helping you build genuine, fulfilling connections with others and feel more comfortable in social situations.

What if I feel this isn’t the right fit?

Building a strong, supportive relationship is essential for effective coaching. That’s why I offer a free initial consultation, so you can get a feel for my approach and determine if it aligns with your needs. If you feel uncertain at any point, we can openly discuss what adjustments might be needed or explore alternative resources. If you’re not satisfied at any time and want to end the coaching, I’ll offer a full refund.

What happens in a typical coaching session?

Each session is structured to give you both reflection and action. We’ll discuss your recent experiences, explore challenges, and build strategies to overcome them. I use a blend of open-ended questions, goal-setting exercises, and accountability measures to help you make meaningful progress. Every session is customized to suit where you are on your journey and what you need most at that moment.

How often should sessions be scheduled?

Most clients find that weekly sessions help maintain momentum and accountability, especially when starting. As progress is made, we may adjust to bi-weekly sessions or another schedule that best supports your needs. The frequency can be tailored based on your goals and preferences, ensuring you stay supported throughout the journey.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, aimed at setting and achieving personal goals. It’s about building practical skills and addressing specific challenges in areas like relationships, social confidence, and personal growth. Therapy, on the other hand, often delves into past experiences and is typically used to address mental health conditions. Coaching is most beneficial for individuals looking to make proactive, goal-oriented changes in their lives.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Most clients start to notice shifts in mindset, confidence, and relationships within the first 30 days of regular coaching. However, progress varies depending on your specific goals, commitment, and the areas we’re working on. Together, we’ll set realistic milestones so you can see and feel the changes as they happen.
